Additional FeaturesIt is an early 70s Motobecane. It has many features not found on a stock Motobecane tandem including the new Phoenix series rear hub motor by Crystalyte. It is running 48 volts of 12 volt, 12 amp/hr batteries in the leather saddlebags along with the controller and charger. It has suspension seat posts with gel pack seats for comfort along with fat white wall tires. It also has a mountain bike front suspension fork to smooth out the bumps along with a 144 spoke front fan wheel which almost drove me crazy truing it. I have tri-color flashing LED valve stem caps that make it very visible at night. Of course you will also notice the non stock handlebars :-)
I let a friend ride it and he said it felt like he was flying because of the silence and the handle bars made him feel like the Flying Nun :-)
