| Vehicle | 2007 prototype Custom made No Name Customs type 7 frame. It is a frame originally intended to be a regular pedal bicycle. The rest of the bike uses off the shelf bicycle parts. |
| Motor | Crystalyte 5303 Brushless DC Rear hub mount. Heavy, dropouts don't like this monster.Tire, rim, spokes, and motor weigh 45 pounds. |
| Drivetrain | I'm using a Crystalyte 5303 brush less hub motor.Pedal power if you want to. |
| Controller | Crystalyte 72v40a 36v-72v 40 amp brush less controller. It is in for repairs right now. It mounts to the aluminum angle plate on the bottom. |
| Batteries | 2 Dewalt 33 volt DeWalt lithium tool battery, 33.00 Volt, Lithium-Ion I have the batteries wired to bypass the internal battery management system during discharge. I'm using the deWalt charger for now. I would like to use a Mastech cc/cv power supply in the future to charge the battery quickly but finding a BMS is a problem right now. |
| System Voltage | 66 Volts |
| Charger | Dewalt stock tool battery charger. Takes about 1 hour to charge one battery. |
| Heater | N/A |
| Instrumentation | N/A |
| Top Speed | 36 MPH (57 KPH) |
| Acceleration | Not bad. There are a few modifications one can do to a Crystalyte controller to make it ramp up quicker. |
| Range | Not sure yet. I'm still figuring out my batteries and still trying to find a cool way to mount them. |
| Watt Hours/Mile | Need a cycle analyst |

| Curb Weight | 75 Pounds (34 Kilograms) Thats with just 2 batteries. |
| Tires | 24" x 3" bicycle cruiser tires. |
| Conversion Time | 3 months and counting |
| Conversion Cost | About $1200. |
| I've been looking at this site for the last 3 years. Now I finally can add my creation. | |
