Typical city mileage is 61-65 mpg, with the typical highway rate coming in at 75-80 mpg. A note from the Webmaster As a few folks have pointed out, the Honda Insight is not an electric car. However, it contains many of the major components of a true electric car, and is a huge step in the right direction. Hopefully Honda and others will make true electric cars available soon.
