Top Speed	45 MPH (72 KPH) This vehicle has a planned life/use. It'll never see over 45 mph as it'll be used around 5 school campuses for the Technology Department's daily use.
Range	30 Miles (48 Kilometers) Should obtain 30 miles at city street speeds easily, all we need is 20mile max in a day's work routine.
