Heatsink for controller
Removed heater and ac
Conversion Cost$2500 for new batteries, 1/0 cable and connectors.
I removed the gas heater and ac systems and related components to reduce weight and because they were inop.

I installed 16 new drive batteries and a new 12 volt battery in Sep 2016. Also added a dc to dc converter. This car drives and functions very well but is slow at 96 volts.
