Motor controller/charger is not the standard "Dolphin" but a "Wavedriver". In the back a 3-phase inductance for 3-phase charging and V2G (Vehicle To Grid). This car was re-converted (from stock US Electricar) by Wavedriver Ltd, for PG&E in 1995!
