Found a used EV Warrior motor on ebay. Mounted under the baby seat with a custom made bracket (thanks to my neighbor who welded it up for me)- pivots down when accelerating to engage the wheel and pops up when free wheeling.
Seems to be very stable- tempted to run it at 36v to see what happens.

Due to the very skinny tires (and all the weight) this thing does not feel very stable at 20+ MPH- cruses very comfortably at 7-12 MPH.
|Acceleration||If I adjust the bracket to dig into the tire more = better but then I lose the top end speed.|
|Range||Just finnished it but I did take it out one day and went about 15 miles before the batteries gave out (lots of hills and acceleration)|

|Conversion Time||3 weeks working in the evening on and off.|
